Our Story

Background

We are a father and daughter start-up business in Chalfont St Giles. I am passionate about cycling and healthy eating and Liv loves baking.

Several years ago, I tried to find a healthy energy bar and having looked extensively I couldn’t find anything on the market. I wanted a product that was low in sugar, low in saturated fat and not processed in anyway. So we decided to make our own bars with REAL NATURAL ingredients.

Our Bar Objectives

· Healthy, low in fat - less than 5% saturated fat.

· Fabulously tasty, most healthy bars aren’t that great!

· Additive free, no preservatives and made with real natural ingredients.

· Kind on your stomach; some energy bars can play havoc with your digestion system.

· Bars for everyone; provide a bar for all tastes.

Provide 3 levels of energy release; honey for instant energy, fruit sucrose & fructose for secondary energy and then oats for longer lasting energy.
