Currently, we are only delivering to the UK. If you wish to have your parcel shipped internationally, please send us a message before you place your order.

All parcels are shipped via Evri UK or Royal Mail.

Any orders over 50 bars, please message us before purchase for a shipping price quote. 

Every Toni Granola product is made and packaged with care and should reach you in the best condition possible. 

When you do receive your product, please open it straight away, and if there has been any damage caused during transit, please report it immediately to enquiries@tonigranola.co.uk quoting your order number. We will do our best to resolve any issues and find a solution. 

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges can be accepted unless we have been informed immediately upon delivery.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges other than for the above scenario.
